REFINING OF PRECIOUS METALS

Precious metal industry a lot of that gets sampled in the US 5% – 10% they settle the full amount based on that smaller percentage. In Europe the facilities are larger and automated and process the entire lot without sampling.

WEIGHING

All lots are represented by a High Tide Commodities manager to ensure and witness the entire process is more honest – sampling is done properly with weights and measures which reflect the highest possible profit for the client.

Without oversite the value of your shipment is estimated and not in the client’s favor. Precious metal processors who are not held to high standards of returning the proper value for the precious metals processed by your company.

PAYMENT

Our payment is settled on a percentage of the amount the processor gives to your shipment.

We will inquire and request photos, quantities, how frequently are materials currently getting recycled. This would allow us to investigate who in our partner network would be the best fit for each client.

PICK UPS

Logistics of material pickup is scheduled so the client can save money on transport cost and client space for storage is always taken into consideration.

SHIPPING

Materials may be shipped by the client or we can schedule a commercial movers. Shipping costs are factored in to the final settlement and not paid directly by the client.

LOGISTICS

HT has a dedicated person who arranges and manages all transportation timelines and documentations. Clients are updated throughout the cycle we provide documentation and eta of pick up.

BILLING

Job information and settlement is given to the client within 30 days of job completion.

Client is typically responsible for loading materials to be recycled however HT can provide loading service for an extra charge.

INSURANCE

All transported loads are insured by both HT and transport partner.

Once lots arrive at our partner vendor facility all materials are reviewed, inspected and photographed and all materials are itemized by weight and value.

SECURITY

precious metal lots arrive at processor they are held in a locked and secured area until processing. These areas are witnessed by a HT representative throughout the duration of processing time.
